On payments, Belgium leaves little choice: the stake goes in through Bancontact, card or app, while the withdrawal arrives by transfer. Since March 2026 the Payconiq by Bancontact app is officially called Bancontact Pay. Bancontact is the national standard and therefore everywhere, where going below €5 is rarely possible.
Bancontact Pay caps at €1500 per transaction and €2500 per day. Deposits land instantly; withdrawing takes as a rule one to three banking days, with the site's internal handling added to that.
From signup to first payout
Registration looks similar at every operator: real name, date of birth and an identity check before the first withdrawal. An ID and something that evidences your address usually suffice.
A licence holder must provide Dutch- and French-language support. Hold on to the confirmations of every deposit; that is what remains if a discussion ever arises.

Limits, age and EPIS
The Belgian framework around player protection is more tightly than the Netherlands or France which feeds straight into your play limit. Each site automatically applies a €200 weekly ceiling.
EPIS is the Gaming Commission's central exclusion system: the block covers every licence holder in the country. Unlicensed sites are not connected to it.
